Our diverse product range includes e-liquids, vape kits, disposable vapes, and replacement coils/tanks, catering to customers looking for alternatives to traditional smoking. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team and help drive our digital growth.

Role Summary:

The Digital Marketing Analyst will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, optimising digital campaigns, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and experienced in e-commerce marketing. You will analyse performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.

·       Optimise campaigns for ROI, ensuring they meet budget and performance goals.

·       Conduct keyword research to improve search engine rankings and maintain a strong online presence.

·       Analyse website traffic and suggest strategies to increase organic reach.

·       Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.

·       Ensure content aligns with SEO goals and appeals to target audiences.

·       Monitor website analytics, sales trends, and customer behaviour using tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.

·       Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to the management team.

·       Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and repeat purchases.

·       Manage social media accounts to build brand loyalty and customer trust.

·       Analyse customer preferences and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.

·       Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.

·       Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.

·       Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Experience in e-commerce or related industry is a plus.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
